While we are ready to assist you as needed, the Portal provides you with the convenience to effortlessly manage all tasks from the comfort of your home or office around the clock.

Please register now to view permit activity or schedule inspections online.  To register click the “Sign Up” button in the top right corner of this screen and follow the instructions.  After you register, call 828-452-6638 to get your ACCESS CODE to view your permits and/or schedule inspections. 

Once you have registered and entered an ACCESS CODE, you will have the ability to:

• Check on the status of your permit application
• Request an inspection
• View scheduled inspections
• Review inspection activity and results
